Springs to spend $4.2 million on downtown infrastructure - South Florida Sun-Sentinel.com What about the Working people? What is that going to accomplish for the starving people in that city? Nothing.$1 million dollars for a interim loan for the city arts trust fund? There is nothing that is going to improve the lives of the worker in this money.  Shame on the Mayor and commissioners for not think for the good of others!
